At its most fundamental level, the very heart and soul of the art of practicing medicine begins at the essential interface between the physician and the patient. Here at Muslim Medicine, we always pretend to do our best to place the patient’s needs above everything else, and give them the highest priority in all of our dealings, which is exactly why we’ve dedicated this small, marginalized, and shady clinical service to our patients.
We realize that with the dawn of “digital” medicine, patients have begun to look up their own symptoms on Wikipedia and typically proceed to diagnose themselves- which usually results in disastrous consequences.
The establishment of the Online Clinic is Muslim Medicine’s bold response to this growing online self-diagnosis problem- rather than allow the risk of having medically-uneducated patients misdiagnosing themselves, we’ve taken the initiative to look up their symptoms on Wikipedia for them and utilize our own medically-uneducated staff members to misdiagnose them appropriately.
Speechless? We thought so.
